Cubit Coworks, located at 164 Race Street, offers its members a dynamic venue with many of the bells and whistles you can expect from a top-tier coworking environment:  quality furnishings, 24/7 access, high-speed fiber Internet, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, printing, copying & scanning, presentation TVs, video conferencing, white boards, kitchen, lockers, outdoor patio, bike racks, private shower, parking, coffee & tea, office supplies, secure key-less access, video security, and mail delivery.  More importantly, Cubit Coworks is committed to providing its members a sense of community and opportunities for networking.

Cubit Coworks faces the more than 150-year-old second-level canal. The Canal Walk, a pedestrian promenade along the City’s historic canals, leads right up to our front door. Cubit Coworks is housed in a mixed-use, redeveloped former shoelace-turned-wire-factory that today houses residential loft-style apartments and the HCC MGM Culinary Arts Institute.

The location is served by multiple public bus lines within a few blocks, and the Canal Walk provides a well-lit walkway to City Hall and the Holyoke Transportation Center. A ValleyBike Share station is within a few blocks, as is the Amtrak train station with commuter service to New York City and daily trains to Washington DC and Vermont.

Major highways I-91, I-391 and the Massachusetts Turnpike are a short drive from the building. The un-congested streets in the immediate neighborhood provide plenty of parking. Cubit Coworks is within commuting distance to Springfield, Easthampton, Northampton, Amherst, Hartford and five major Universities and Colleges as well as the region’s Community Colleges and private institutions of advanced learning and continuing education.

Cubit Coworks is a venture of brothers Marco and Denis Luzuriaga. They are owners of The Cubit which opened its doors in 2018. If you would like more information, please contact Marco Luzuriaga - +1 (413) 301-9843 or info@cubitcoworks.com.
