Office and Space Availability

We have 12 offices ranging in size from “Micro” - about 70 square feet - to “Large” - about 650 square feet. We also have plenty of Open Desk memberships for $99/month. Contact us to inquire about availability.

Our conference rooms can be reserved without an ongoing membership for $24/hr. We also have an event space called “Main Street Events” which accommodates 30+ people. It is independent of Cubit Coworks. It has a restroom, a kitchenette, and about 650 square feet of flex space. Tables and chairs are available. We currently have a large private office available. Seats up to eight people, each with a private hardwood desk, premium swivel chair, and lockable filing cabinet. All member amenities included plus 15 hours of free conference room time with additional time charged at half price. We are also announcing that we are adding 3 new “micro-offices”. These will be private offices at a smaller scale but with all the amenities of a larger office. These offices are designed for one person and will be priced accordingly. STAY TUNED FOR AVAILABILITY.

Let's get cooking with NERD Summit 2020, March 20-22!

NERD Summit is a product of New England Regional Developers (NERD). NERD creates positive and supportive learning opportunities for people who work, or want to work in web and related technologies in the New England area.

The organizers decided to take the summit virtual due to the current Corona-virus pandemic. Cubit Coworks is welcoming attendees and presenters to its space in order to help facilitate virtual connections during the summit.
